What creates the bond between a mother and child, is it the lessons she teaches, or the love she gives without ever asking for anything in return?
My mom was my pathfinder, my anchor, my guru, and my strength. Through every joy and every hardship, she stood beside me, lifting me whenever I felt weak. She never let me walk alone; her hand was always there in mine.
She taught me how to stand on my own feet, to be independent, disciplined, hardworking, responsible, and to take ownership of my life. Her fearless voice, her unshakable principles, and her quiet determination shaped the person I am today.
She was a fighter in every sense. She faced cancer with an extraordinary courage, even though life took her from us far too soon. Her love, her strength, and her integrity continue to live through me.
She may no longer walk beside me, and we may no longer talk for hours, but she remains in my heart, steady and eternal. Her wisdom still guides me through both sun and rain.
On this Mother’s Day, I honor her. I carry her blessings, her lessons, and her love with me always.
